RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
Prior authorization (RMA) is required on all returned goods. Returns are allowed within 30 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-Catalog special orders are non-returnable.

OVER/UNDER SHIPMENTS: Our policy follows the industry standard of 10% plus or minus the qty ordered. In cases of 1-9 pcs shipping and billing tolerance is plus or minus one (1) pc.

PRODUCT SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Warning: When using rotary cutting tools, tools may shatter, always use proper safety protection and shields on machinery as applicable. Grinding also causes hazardous dust and fumes – use proper ventilation. Your use is at your sole risk.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Advanced Tool, Inc warrants that all new products manufactured will be free from defect in workmanship and/or material under normal service, proper installation and use, and will also conform to the specifications listed in our catalog or to the customer supplied blueprint and/or documentation. Dimensions, specifications, and tolerances not listed will be manufactured to current Advanced Tool, Inc manufacturing standards. If any product does not conform to this warranty, Advanced Tool will replace or repair that product. This warranty excludes any and all implied warranty or merchantability and all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from any use of said product including incidental and consequential damages. The provisions of this warranty and limitation of liability shall not be modified in any respect except by written document signed by an officer of Advanced Tool, Inc.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from: your use of the Services; the use or the inability to use the Services; the inability to use or access the Services; the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services; or any other matter relating to the Services or the Content.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York for any disputes arising out of the use of this site.
